Dass Concerned citizens applauds Gov Bala’s first tenure, forecasts more democracy dividends

A socio-political group in Dass local government area of Bauchi, known as Concern Citizens 4 Good Governance has commended Governor Bala Mohammed of the state for his outstanding performance in the last four years of his first tenure in office.
Describing the Governor as a pace setter of good Governance, the leader of the group, Mr. Zebulun Wandara Bakos, in an interview with journalist in Bauchi Wednesday, said that the March Governorship election victory of the Governor was a pay back to purposeful representation of the people of Bauchi state.
The group which asserted that Governor Bala Mohammed has performed well, added that feat earned him the confidence of the entire people of Bauchi who re-elected him, and as such, more dividends of democracy awaits them.
Mr. Zebulun Wandara Bakos who said that the governor has found lasting solutions to many problems, noted that his achievements in education, agriculture, health, security and human capital development is visible for all well-meaning Bauchians to see.
According to him, the objectives of Concern Citizens 4 Good governance is to project the successes recorded under Kauran Bauchi’s administration.
He maintained that the people of Bauchi State have experienced astronomical socio-economic and political development evidenced in the physical and human capital reforms executed during the period under review.
The leader of the group noted that through purposeful, inclusive and well-articulated policies and programs, Senator Bala Mohammed led administration is bent on rekindling the lost glory of the historic and great people of Bauchi State.
Mr. Zebulun Wandara Bakos, also use the medium to commend the Governor, Speaker and all the State Assembly members for fast tracking the Law to establish the Bauchi state College of Education (Technical) Dass, describing it as a welcome develop with emphasis on technical education.
In his contribution the adviser of the group, Mr. Garba Ayuba, who is also the traditional ruler (Shatiman Dabardak) expressed confidence in the leadership style of Bala Mohammed.
He said that the recent re-election victory of the Governor is a clear indication that the good people of Bauchi State are fully satisfied with his contribution and his accessibility to common man.
Mr. Garba Ayuba, further explained that the good people of Dass local government has tested the dividends of democracy under Bala Mohammed and would continue to support all his programs and policies towards nation building.
He said that the people of Dass local government are of the strongest believe that the people of the area are going to provide enough manpower at volunteering stage for the takeoff of the college as their own part of contribution and support for the establishment of the Institution.
The traditional title holder who also congratulated the Governor and the entire Muslim Ummah on the period of this year’s Ramadan fasting, prayed Allah to grant the faithfuls a peaceful El- el- Fitir Sallah celebrations.
