Ex-speaker Dogara’s Coordinators wants him declare ambition ahead 2023

Co-ordinators of the former speaker of house of representatives, Rt. Honourable Yakubu Dogara have called on him to declare his stand on the political arena ahead of the 2023 general elections.
The loyalists of Dogara who is currently representing Bogoro, Dass and Tafawa Balewa federal constituency in the national assembly, expressed their total support and solidarity to the ex-speaker in his political career.
The coordinators disclosed this during a stakeholders meeting of the All Progressive Congress (APC), held at the Community Secondary School, Zwall Village on Saturday in Tafawa-Balewa local government area of Bauchi state.
Spokesperson of the coordinators, Sama’ila Ibrahim Musa Boto said, the aims of their meeting was to renew their pledged support to the ex-speaker in his political career.
They appealed to to him to make public declaration about his ambition ahead of the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
According to the Spokesman of the coordinators, apart from the clarion call for Dogara to declare his political intention, they also wish to affirmed that as long as they remain in politics Dogara remains their leader.
“All Dogara’s coordinators are on intense pressure from other political parties, wanting to now if Dogara is contesting in the next general elections in the state”, Boto noted.
He said that the coordinators want the former speaker to answer theit clarion call to make public declaration on his political ambition in built-up towards 2023.
Also speaking, the coordinators of the former speaker in Dass and Bogoro local government areas, Kaka Katanga and Zakaria Masoyi cautioned other supporters against the antics politicians from the opposition who may try to hoodwink them with fake promises to make them change their minds.
They urged the members to stay focused and firm as according to them, Dogara is ever ready and commited to bring more developmental projects in the area.
On her part, Women coordinator Dass local government, Amina Saleh expressed delight over the massive turnout of members to the meeting despite the long vocation they took to convey such a gathering.
According to her, the massive turnout of the coordinators have shown their high solidarity and committment to the ex-speaker’s political doctrine, against any humiliation or threat.
“We stand firm and we are ever ready to go to any length with the former speaker in his political struggles in the state and beyond”, the Dass Women leader for Dogara declared.
Also, speaking, the coordinator Tafawa-Balewa local government, Mrs Rifkatu Ishaya reiterated their support for the former speaker, vowing never to be despaired in their support for Dogara.
“We are with Dogara physically and spiritually. No any political ambition or challenges will separate us, we still believed in his leadership style in the state and the county at large”, she said.
“We’re not going to be like other ungrateful people who benefitted so much from the Dogara’s scholarships and empowerment schemes, and now they betrayed and forgotten what the former speaker did to their sons and daughters in the area”, Mrs Rifkatu said.
