Katagum CTC Chairman inspects ongoing road project in Azare

The Caretaker Committee Chairman of Katagum local government area of Bauchi state, Honourable Musa Azare on Tuesday led other officials of the council on inspection visit to ongoing road project site within Azare town.
The chairman who stated this in a press statement he personally made available to Baushe Times, said that the inspection visit took him to Azare New market road.
According to him, the project is been undertaken through direct labour.
“Earlier today I led the Katagum LG Executive Council to inspect the ongoing construction of the Azare New Market Road, which is a direct labour project by Katagum Local Government Area under my humble leadership”, Hon. Musa Azare said.
He explained that the Council members that accompanied him include , his deputy Hon. AbdulHamid Datti Madara; Councillors of Works, Health, Agriculture as well as Education and Social Development, Honourable Ahmed Umar Abdullahi Dagaro, Hon. Mohammed Bello Mustapha, Hon. Ahmed Bashir Aliyu and Hon. Maryam S. Fawa, respectively.
Others the local government caretaker Committee Chairman said, were the Head of Administration, Katagum Local Government, Malam Abubakar Baraya; Director of Works, Katagum Local Government Engr. Saleh Baba Abubakar as well the Sectional Head (Roads), Katagum Local Government, Engr. Danladi M. Ibrahim.
Honourable Musa Azare who expressed delight on the level of work so far, noted that the work on the site is progressing steadily.
