Misau Health College appoints Haruna as ICT Director

The management of Misau College of Health Science and Technology has announced the appointment of Aminu Saeed Haruna as the college’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Director.

The appointment of Aminu which was contained in an internal memo dated 9th October, 2023 emanated from the office of the Registrar of the college, Ahmad M. Sambo.

Addressed to staff and the students, the internal memo said that the newly appointed ICT Director holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science

According to the college, the new ICT Director has before been appointed, worked as a System Analyst,
Content Developer and Computer Instructor in various institutions.

“He has been
serving as a Desk Officer at Flexisaf Edu. Soft Nig. Ltd”, the memo further explained.

The memo which was copied to Governing Council of the college, said that the Director will provide technical support for staff and students to use the College Information Technology (IT) network, including the use of the College E-library, virtual learning environment,
standard college applications, such as Microsoft Office, email, internet access, and
other packages for curriculum as required.

The memo said that the appointment of the new ICT Director takes effect from 9th October, 2023.
