Nggilari visits Fintiri at Dougirei House

Former governor of Adamawa state, Barrister Bala James Nggilari, on Thursday visited Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri at the Government House Yola.

Speaking shortly after the meeting, Nggilari explained that Adamawa state is a priority to all well-meaning citizen of the State, adding that for the next four years to come, Fintiri is the governor of the state.

“Our collective destiny as a state lies on the shoulders of His Excellency Ahmadu Umaru for the next 4years. I therefore call on all the good people of Adamawa state to rally round him with support , constructive criticisms and prayers for the good of our dear state”, Nggilari noted.

The former governor also congratulated his host over his recent victory at the Supreme Court.

On his part, governor Fintiri expresses delight over Nggilari’s visit, describing the former governor as a true definition of an elder statesman.

“Today, I received in audience an elder statesman H.E. Bala James Ngilari at the Government House. His commendation of our administration’s service delivery and development efforts is truly humbling. We remain committed to uplifting Adamawa State for the betterment of all its citizens”, Gov Fintiri said.
