Prof Sabo Hamma Bobbo, six others appointed Sa’adu Zungur Varsity Governing Council

Bauchi state government has approved the appointment of Professor Sabo Hamma Bobbo and six others as the Governing Council of the Bauchi’s university, Sa’idu Zungur University, Gadau.

The appointment of Professor Sabo Hamma Bobbo and six others was contained in a letter addressed to the vice Chancellor of the university, titled: “Appointment of Chairman and Members of the Governing Council dated 12th February, 2024.

Signed on behalf of the Secretary to the state government (SSG) by the Permanent secretary, General Services department, Danjuma Garba, the letter indicated that Professor Ango Abdullahi is to chair the university’s Governing Council.

The letter said, Prof Sabo Hamma Bobbo , Bashir Adamu, Ya’u Dankawu and Babayo Idris Uba are to serve as members.

Also to serve as members of the Governing Council of the university are the representatives of ministry of higher education and that of the office of the head of service.
