Professor Daura condoles Potiskum Emirate over University Staff’s demise

Vice Chancellor of Yobe State University, Professor Mala Mohammad Daura has condoled the University Community, Potiskum Emirate council and the entire people of Yobe State over the death of a staff of the University, Ammi Adamu Mamman.
The condolence message was contained in a statement issued by the office of the Vice Chancellor in Damaturu, on Tuesday.
Prof Daura described the deceased as a dedicated public officer who had played a vital role in the development of Yobe State University.
It added that the death of Ammi is a colossal loss to the University Community.
“On behalf of the Management, Staff and the University Community, I wish to convey our deepest sympathy and condolences to the University Community, Potiskum Emirate, the entire people of Yobe State and the immediate family on the demise of Ammi”, the vice Chancellor said.
Prof. Daura who prayed Allah to accept the good deeds of the deceased and forgive her sins, further prayed Allah to make Jannah her final abode.
The vice Chancellor noted that he has been in touch with relevant security operatives to intensity efforts in fishing out the murderer(s) of Late Ammi.
Recall that on Thursday last week at about 4:48 am, the deceased was reportedly stabbed with an object on her neck by yet to be identified person(s), an incident which resulted in heavy bleeding that led to her death.
Until her demise, Ammi was the Faculty Officer, Faculty of Agriculture of the Yobe State University, Damaturu.
