Supreme Court Affirms Bala, Jatau As Bauchi Gov, Deputy

The supreme Court on Friday has affirmed the victory of Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir and Mohammed Auwal Jatau as executive governor of Bauchi state and deputy respectively.

The apex court reaffirmed the tribunal’s decision, affirming Governor Bala’s victory of the March 18 governorship election in the state and dismissed  the petition filed by Retired Air Marshal Sadique Sadique Baba Abubakar and his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
