ATAP matriculates 5000 newly admitted students for 2023/2024 session

The management of Abubakar Tatari Ali polytechnic Bauchi has matriculated no fewer than five thousand Students for the 2023/2024 Academic Session.

The matriculation ceremony which was held at five hundred seater lecture theater in the School’s premises had the Newly admitted students sworn-in from across Six Schools of the Polytechnic.

The matriculant students are to undergo different awarding programs to include Higher National Diploma, (HND), National Diploma (ND) and Nigerian Certificate of Education (NCE) among others.

The Rector of the Polytechnic, Dr. Hashim Sabo Bello while speaking, congratulated the Newly admitted students securing admission into the institution.

The Rector who wished the students a successful Academic pursuit, informed that the administration of Governor Bala Mohammed has in its effort to improve infrastructural development of the Polytechnic, awarded contract for the construction of access roads within the institution.

On his part, the Registrar of the Polytechnic, Lawal Sambo urged the Students to abide by the all rules and regulations governing the Polytechnic.

The Registrar also called on the new students to shun all forms of misconduct such as Sexual harassment, exam malpractice, cultism among others.

Also speaking, the Dean Students affairs of the Polytechnic, Dr. Danjuma Maijama’a who described the event as colourful, commended the Rector for ensuring that only qualified applicants gained admission into the Polytechnic.
