May Day: University Don applauds workers’ unwavering support to Gov Bala

As Nigerian workers mark this year’s Worker’s Day, a Lecturer with the ECWA Bingham University Abuja, Dr Adamu Sulaiman Usman has commended Workers in Bauchi state for their unwavering support to the developmental Programmes and initiatives of Governor Bala Mohammed of the state.
The university lecturer who made this known in a goodwill message to the governor and the people of Bauchi on the event of this year’s May Day, also commended the people of Bauchi state for ensuring the re-election victory of the Governor at the March 18 Governorship polls.
Hon. Dr. Adamu Sulaiman Usman while extending his warmest greetings to workers in Bauchi state, commended their outstanding contributions to nation building.
He said that the importance of hard work, sacrifice, and commitment of the Nigerian workers to the growth and development of the country can never be underestimated.
“As we mark another May Day, I want to take a moment to appreciate you all for your unwavering sacrifice, patience, tolerance, and commitment to your duty”, Dr. Usman said.
He acknowledged the tireless support and commitment of workers, traders and artisans toward the success of Governor Bala Mohammed in his quest to restore the lost glory of the state in the last four years.
Hon. Dr. Usman urged the workers and the good people of Bauchi state to continue to support the programmes and initiatives of Bala Mohammed in order to help him consolidate on the already gains and achievements recorded so far.
While commenting on the current economic hardship been faced by the citizens, Dr. Adamu Sulaiman, called on politicians in the state to forget their difference and support Governor Bala Mohammed with constructive suggestions and contributions toward addressing the scourge of unemployment among the teaming youth in the state.
The university lecturer who said unemployment can be addressed by embracing agricultural entrepreneurship, expressed confidence in the leadership style of Bala Mohammed in harnessing the sector to address the problem.
Dr. Usman who also praised the Governor for maintaining good working relationship with the workers in the state, prayed for renewed strength and motivation to enable him continue to do his best, even in the face of adversity.
