As the 2023 general election draws nearer, an aspirant vying for the seat of Misau and Dambam federal Constituency has unveiled three-point agenda for his constituents.
Architect Iliyasu who is aspiring under the All Progressive Congress (APC) while addressing delegates in preparation to the party’s primaries pledged to if elected, deliver purposeful representation of his people.
He further promised to if elected as member representing Misau/Dambam federal constituency, ensure the provision of portable drinking water to the nook and crannies of his constituency, constructions of schools as well as Primary health care centres with a view to improving the living standard of the citizens.
“if given the mandate, I will give a good representation and will not be a bench-warmer, and I will try my possible best to ensure that you people enjoy the needed dividends of democracy”, the aspirant promised.
He added that if given the mandate in 2023, he will lobby for the dualisation of road from College of education, legal and general studies Misau down to Government science secondary school Misau.
“I will try also to ensure that some round out are been constructed in strategic locations in Misau”, he further promised.
Speaking on the youth empowerment, Arc. Sadiq Ahmed Iliyasu pledged to if given the mandate, ensure securing of jobs for the teeming youths in various agencies across the Country with a view to mitigating unemployment in the area.
The house of representatives hopeful also promised to take care of the APC Secretariats in the two local government areas of Misau and Dambam by providing them with all the necessary needs.
