He said many people across the state have been calling on him to contest and that they even took him before his elders, relatives, friends and well wishes to solicit for their intervention to make declare for the governorship seat.

“I think this is because people are yearning for genuine dividends of democracy and they want someone who will rescue the state from the socio-economic challenges bedeviling the state”, he said.

He stressed that his aspiration to govern Bauchi State on the APC platform is still intact and pledged to make his decision public immediately after eid- el- fitr celebration.

“I listened to your clarion calls and if I come out I will come out to pursue it until success is achieved, and I will promise rapid development in Bauchi”,: Al’ameen added.

Our Corresspondent reports that many who spoke at the occasion pledged to continue with unalloyed support to Al’ameen because of his leadership qualities integrity Trustworthiness, and the believe that he will not betray them.

“We believe he will bail Bauchi state out the State out of innate hunger and out of retrogression occasioned by bad governance”, some of dignitaries said.

Describing the project as a new dawn, they noted that they are usually hurt seeing the people, especially youths, battle with predicaments of lack of hope for the future, joblessness and insecurity, among others.

They urged Bauchi electorates to shift their support to Al’ameen and produce appreciable results during the 2023 election.
