Misau Emirate Council confers traditional title of New Wakilin Ilimi of Misau on Professor Auwalu Uba

Misau Emirate council has appointed Professor Auwalu Uba as the new Wakilin Ilimi of Misau local government area of Bauchi state.

The appointment of Professor Uba, Vice Chancellor of Bauchi State University Gadau was contained in a letter dated 9th February, 2022 with reference number MEC/SDM/VOL1/45.

The copy of the letter which was signed by the Secretary of the Emirate, Alhaji Bakoji Jarumi, noted that the Vice Chancellor was appointed due to his dedication, sacrifice and hard Work, most especially in the education sector for the development of Misau Emirate.

“Because of your great achivements in the field, the Emir and his cabinet decided to appoint you as Wakilin Ilimin Misau, hoping that you will maintain the tempor”, part of the appointment letter reads.
