Shira/Giade Rep Member Renovate, upgrade Disina central Mosque

To create conducive worship environment, the house of representatives member for Shira/Giade federal constituency at the national assembly, Honourable Sani Ibrahim Tanko has renovated and upgraded the Disina central Mosque in Shira local government area of Bauchi state.

The Deputy Chief Imam and his committee made this known during a special interview with our correspondent in Disina town on Monday.

The Deputy Chief Imam (Naibi) said the member has renovated the mosque to better standard including the provision of Carpet, tiles, POP, solar system, adequate fans, wiring, among others to ensure that worshippers pray to Allah comfortably.

Naibi said while quoting a from Hadith, stated that “anybody who build House for ALLAH, ALLAH will build House for him hereafter ( At Aljanna).

Also speaking, the Sarkin Fadan Disina said everything put in place in the mosque was provided by the house of representatives member, Sani Ibrahim Tanko.

He call on the benefitting community to maintain the mosque, saying without proper care and maintenance the mosque will not stay long as expected.

On his part, the Chairman of Jamaatul Nasaral Islam, Shira local government Chapter, Alhaji Zuladeni said they mosque Committee only requested for carpet from the federal Lawmaker but were overwhelmed with joy when he said Disina deserves more than and promised to renovate and upgrade the mosque.

“We now understand Sani is ready for the job of good representation, in less than six months he has proved that more projects are coming”, he said.

While expressing deep appreciation to the Lawmaker for the gesture, the assured of proper maintenance of the mosque.

In his comments as coordinator to honourable Sani Ibrahim Tanko, Alhaji Abubakar Ahmed Disina appreciated the effort and foresight of the member for showing concerns to his people.

According to the coordinator, the people of Disina are short of words to appreciate him for the good gesture.
