Students, staff to enjoy transport subsidy as Misau health college moves to permanent site

The Management of Misau College of Health Science and Technology in Bauchi state has announced that both staff and the students are to benefit from transport subsidy as they resume 2023/2024 academic session.

A circular which was signed by the Registrar of the college, Ahmad M. Sabo, a copy which was obtained by our Corresspondent indicated that academic session will commence on 4th September, 2023.

“This is to inform all staff and students that, First Semester Lectures
2023/2024 Academic Session will begin on Monday, 4h
September, 2023″, the circular read in parts.

“Therefore, students are advised to resume
promptly as lectures will begin unfailingly.
It should be noted, the College has moved to its Permanent Site
along Azare Road”, the Registrar further said.

Ahmad Sabo who noted that all lectures and other academic
activities will continue at the permanent site of the college, announced that the College has secured a bus to facilitate
transportation for both staff and students.

He said that the bus will operate based on some bus stop such as Alh. Ari Junction, Emir’s Palace, Main Roundabout, Male Hostel (Post Office) and Female Hostel (Rufa’i Quarters).

The Registrar explaining further that the bus will commence operation on
28th August, 2023 said staff are to pay N1000 per month while the students are to be paying N100 per trip which translates to N200 per day.
