Bauchi: Yakubu Barau Ningi took over as Commissioner of Land and Survey

The Bauchi State Ministry of Land and Survey has expressed its determination to address all the issues regarding land ownership in the state. 

The newly appointed Commissioner of Land and Survey, Alh Yakubu Barau Ningi, made the ascertain when he assumed office today as the Commissioner of the ministry. 

Alh Yakubu Barau Ningi said the present administration was committed to taking Bauchi state to greater heights, while assuring their total loyalty to the state government in order to achieve its goals. 

The Commissioner also used the medium to call on directors of the Ministry as well as the staff to give maximum cooperation in order to take the ministry of Land and Survey to the next level. 

Alh Yakubu Barau Ningi, therefore, thanks to the Bauchi state government for finding him worthy of the appointments, while promising to justify the confidence reposted in him. 

Speaking during the handing over, the acting permanent secretary of the Ministry of Land and Survey, Adamu Hassan Bashir, described the appointment of the Commissioner as a well-deserved and welcome development for the Ministry due to his experience. 

Adamu Hassan Bashir said the Ministry comprises 6 Directorates, stressing their activities to deal with matters concerning land within the state.
 
He, therefore, prayed for Allah’s guidance and protection for the Commissioner throughout his tenure, while reiterating their commitment to assist him in discharging his responsibility.
