New Year: Group backs Gov Bala’s re-election bid, applauds his performance

A Socio-Political Group known as Kaura Ambassadors Network (KAN) has has declared total and unalloyed loyalty to the second term bid of Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi state.
The group while declaring their support for Bala ahead of the forthcoming 2023 general elections in a New year message, urged Bauchi state people to support Bala Mohammed with massive votes in 2023.
The message which was Signed made available to newsmen on Sunday by the Group’s Director General, Barrister Muslim Maigari appreciated Allah and congratulates the good people of Bauchi state and the Governor for transiting into year 2023 successfully and peacefully.
According to Maigari, Governor Mohammd’s track record of achievement is the main basis of his group’s call for him to continue his good works across all facets and sectors of the State.
He said its desire to support Bala Mohammed for a second term in office was borne out of the fact that the Governor has been working tirelessly to transform all parts of the State in line with his campaign promises.
“Governor Mohammed’s tremendous achievements, especially in terms of infrastructure, agriculture, education, reforms, local government autonomy as well as health care service development”, the group pointed out.
Adding that, “through astute diversity management, the governor welded disparate emotional strata of Bauchi into a united front that is preoccupied with breathtaking infrastructural projects”.
Maigari noted that the Governor has touched almost every part of the state with developmental projects, saying that, it is on record that Bala has constructed, renovated, upgraded and fully equipped 323 primary healthcare facilities in just two years.
“He also built and renovated thousands of schools across the state to boost education while offering scholarships to numerous students”, they observed.
The group said that the distribution of over 1,500 tricycles and 154 commercial buses has created jobs as well as aided transportation across the state.
“The provision of agricultural inputs has lessened the burden on farmers, among others numerous to mention,” he said
“As it is, many landmark projects which will totally transform the landscape of the State are ongoing, including construction of roads linking the state metropolis among others”, Comrade Maigari further explained.
The DG said it was gratifying that Governor Mohammed was constantly coming up with policies and projects aimed at putting the State on a world class pedestal gears towards sustainable economic growth and development.
“We believe that Governor Mohammed has done so much for the State and the only thing we can do is to support him to build and complete the Bauchi of our dream. We are calling on all citizens of Bauchi state to give him their full support”, the New year message urged.
Barrister Maigari who noted that the group has sensitized and created an awareness campaign to Bauchi state residents on the need to support the re-election bid of Bala the Governor for re-election, appealed to the general public to engage in violence free campaigns and elections in the state.
